Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using any part of the philpower platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

philpower may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any Account that it reasonably suspects has been accessed by unauthorized persons or that has been used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Before philpower processes any withdrawal from your Account, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable identification documents include a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or other government-issued photo ID. philpower may additionally request proof of address and verification of the payment method used for deposits.
philpower accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven. Deposits are generally credited instantly. philpower does not accept deposits funded by credit cards issued in the Philippines for gambling purposes.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal minimum amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. philpower reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds with notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Once verified, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the philpower platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any philpower content without prior written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philpower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the philpower platform, including but not limited to losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or loss of Account access.
philpower's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits philpower's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
philpower collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, net of any applicable fees, after completion of required KYC procedures. In the event of a dispute between you and philpower, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. philpower will endeavor to resolve all disputes in good faith within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
